1. Rental Agreement
    By renting an outfit from us, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, including the rental period, fees, and return policy.
  2. Rental Period
    The standard rental period is 3 days. Late returns will incur additional charges per day.
  3. Security Deposit
    A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental. This deposit will be returned upon the outfit’s return in good condition.
  4. Damage and Loss
    Customers are responsible for any significant damage or loss of the rented outfit. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    In case of cancellations, advance payments are non-refundable. Only exchanges or date changes are allowed.
  6. Alterations
    Minor alterations are available to ensure a better fit. Major alterations are not permitted without our permission.
  7. Hygiene
    All outfits are professionally cleaned and sanitized before each rental. We expect customers to return outfits in a reasonably clean condition.
  8. Pickup Details
  • Pickup confirmation: Contact us one day prior to the pickup to confirm the collection time for better communication.
  • Standard rental period: 2-3 days for easy pickup and return.
  • Deposit amount: ₹1,000 onwards is required upon item pickup, along with the pending amount.
